Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1959, Kim Phek Tong, who went to study at Decard school, [allegedly]joined the CIA. In 1961, [Tong]was sent to study in France with the mission to contact the Khmer Student Association, to propagan dize in order to set up a false communist party. In 1967, [Kim Phek Tong]took action against the revolution by sending message to the Chief of the prison to split up and eliminate revolutionary forces . In 1975, [Kim Phek Tong]was transferred to Region 41 and later to Phnom Penh and then contacted secret networks to plan a coup involving the traitors of the Radio Repair Unit.
