In 1947, Comrade Chann Oeun [allegedly]joined the CIA. In 1954, [Chann Oeun]joined the CIA and gathered collected forces in Vietnam. 1970-75, Chann spied on the revolution in Region 3 and grouped trai tors. After the liberation in 1975, [Chann]destroyed property of the revolution, encouraged inhabitants to escape to Thailand and did not solve citizens' everyday problems that citizen had in their ev ery day life. In 1976, Chann contacted the people in the East plannig to attacked the revolution. Chann hid food supply and medicines to supply the troop who would fight to saize Region 3 and Region 4 . Chann settled a base for the troop to attack the revolution. On 21 October 1978, [Chann Oeun]was arrested by Angkar.
