Summary / Abstract :

In 1970, Kong Has was [allegedly]a cadre and messenger of the revolution in Kampong Cham province. In 1975, [Chhean]joined the CIA and persuaded soldiers to get involed in betrayal plans and encourage d them to steal vegetations of the inhabitants, in an attempt to make them angry with the revolution. [Chhean]indoctrinated people to oppose the party line and destroy radio and telex machines of Angk ar. Later, [Chhean]was arrested by Angkar.
