Summary / Abstract :

In 1973, Habb Khan [allegedly]joined the revolution as a combatant in Region 25. He was later a combatant in charge of 2-way radios and was educated to join the CIA in 1975, to conduct traitorous acti ons. After being educated to betray the revolution, he then undermined communication by telegram, built up the CIA forces inside the unit to destroy telegram equipments, encouraged combatants not to p ay attention to study and connected telephone lines loosely so they did not work, until arrested by Angkar.
