Summary / Abstract :
|
Hang Nov was a member of the militia during the French colony. In 1973, [Nov]worked for the Khmer Rouge as an Under-Secretary of Angsnuol District. In 1977, [Nov]was promoted by Angkar to be a Secreta ry of Hospital. [Nov]then started to conduct actions against the Khmer Rouge by destroying equipment used to produce medicine, producing poor quality medical drugs to spoil people 's health in order t o undermine the working process of Pol Pot, and destroying rice seeds. On 1 January, 1978, [Hang Nov]was arrested by Angkar.
