Summary / Abstract :
|
After the 1954 war, Long Sam Oeu and Phuong worked in Svay Rieng Province, led by Sa Rein, then Phuong was promoted as Sa Rein's secretary. [Oeu]moved to Phnom Penh where [Oeu]was appointed team leade r in Mondol Mohar Leap. [Oeu]educated people to take action against communism. In 1970, [Oeu]cooperated with Kuon secretly and started the plan in Kampong Cham Province as [Oeu]had control over commer cial sectors. [Oeu]did not follow the party plan, transporting perfume, soap and other material to hide for a coup d'état. [Oeu]was arrested by Angkar because [Oeu's]activities continued.
