Summary / Abstract :

Lee Se, [allegedly]a member of the Free Khmer from 1962, built up party members among students. In 1968-70, while a teacher in Svay Rieng Province, [Se]encouraged other teachers to become secret agent s. In 1970, In Sna Em, Kandal Province, [Se]communicated wiith secret agents in Region 24, fightened people to flee home and persuaded them to give up farming and turn to do bisiness. [Se]made people afraid of war. [Se]worked as a messenger for high-ranking officials of the party in the Eastern Zone and Northwest Zone, until arrested by Angkar.
