Summary / Abstract :

In 1970, Rath Ngam [allegedly]joined the revolution in Region 505. In 1973, [Rath Ngam]joined traitorous forces and built up forces, throwing grenades and shooting combatants and commanders, burning r ice stores, cloth stores, and hiding weapons for later use. In 1975, [Rath Ngam]took part in attacking Phnom Penh, burning drug stores, destroying an explosives warehouse in Unit 80, destroying artill ery, petrol, Angkar's cars, and burning people's houses until arrested by Angkar.
