Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1966, Doeuk Pheach joined the revolution and conducted traitorous actions against the party in Region 1. In 1970, Pheach contacted In Tam. In 1973, [Doeuk Pheach]encouraged people to join the enemy , to steal cattle, and to get into conflict with collectives and individuals. After 1975, [Pheach]inspired people not to grow crops as advised by the party and encouraged movement in the revolution to arrest anyone of high rank, which led people to become dissatisfied with the revolution. On September 8, 1977, [Doeuk Pheach]was arrested by Angkar.
