Summary / Abstract :

In 1975, Ly Bun Chheang went to Vietnam. The Vietnamese sent Chheang back to Cambodia through Svay Rieng. Before the Vietnamese sent him back to Angkar he was educated to contact traitorous secret net works amongst atrocities, through Touch Poeun about a Vietnamese strategic plan to attack Cambodia. Their mission was to encourage people to have faith that Vietnam will be able to take back power fro m the revolution. Vietnam will send food supplies to prepare the plan to attack the party.
