Summary / Abstract :
|
Keo Kan, [allegedly]a CIA agent, spied on the Khmer Rouge in the Northwest Zone. In 1970, while [Kan]was assigned by Angkar to lead troops to the Southwest, [Kan]caused disputes among the soldier and ignored the sick soldiers so they died. In 1975, [Kan]planned to seize Battambang, with In Tam and Sek Sam Eat. [Kan]damaged cars and transported weapons and ammunition to equip the soldiers along the border, to attack the revolution. On 2 August, 1977, [Kan]was arrested by Angkar.
