Summary / Abstract :
|
Dien started the traitoruos activities against the revolution in 1963 under the leadership of Koy Chhuon. He spread propaganda against the party's direction. In 1970, when organizing the base line, [D ien]appointed high class people to govern, which opposed the party's assignment. In 1974, under the leadership of Khuon, [Dien]was sent to build up core force in units and factories to provoke opposit ion movement and conduct activities in factories and offices. [Dien]was arrested on October 15, 1976.
