Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1965, Yin Say [allegedly]joined the CIA, and started to conduct actions to help the CIA to build up forces among people,and civil servants. [Say]also prepared elections to depose Sihanouk, inspired people to hate the Communist Party and got in touch with allied CIA outside the country in order to organise a plan to liberate Cambodia between 17 April 1975 and 1980.
