Veuk Tuy [allegedly]transport worker in Battambang Province, joined traitorous activities against the revolution. [Tuy]caused conflict about communal rations, destroyed consumer goods and led workers to oppose the revolution. On 3 March, 1977, [Veuk Tuy]was arrested by Angkar.
