In 1974, Saut Sien [allegedly]joined the revolution as a combatant in a platoon in Kampong Svay District, Kampong Thom province. In 1976, [Sien]joined the CIA. [Sien]then destroyed property, burned ho uses, damaged rice by flooding the rice field, and stole people's rice, until arrested by Angkar.
