Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1967, Phan Khorn [allegedly]was educated by Hom to join the revolution. [Phan Khorn]conducted activities against the revolution, destroyed cloth and medical drugs, sent messages to Lon Nol troops t o drop bombs, built up CIA forces, and transported rice to give to Vietnam. When he went to Phnom Penh on liberation day in 1975, he was hit by a car and broke his leg. At the time, he did not underta ke actions but advised his partisans to get in touch with traitorous networks, and reported on the revolution's armed forces to Vietnam so that it could launch an attack on Cambodia. In 1977, as the V ietnamese infiltrated Cambodia, he encouraged people to flee to Vietnam. On 23 November, 1977, he was arrested by Angkar.
