Summary / Abstract :

Yim Hoeun [allegedly]joined the revolution in 1970 in Division 24 (after leaving Vietnamese soldiers). In 1971, [Hoeun]joined the Free Khmer and started to expand [his]group of patisan, spread propaga da against the party's line, ambushed the revolution's forces, inspired combatants to go back home, and spread leaflets in Koh Chey District. After the liberation day in 1975, [Hoeun]used mines to blo w up the revolution's forces, and encouraged [his]partisans to secretly shoot cadres, as assigned to do by Nguon Penh. In 1976, [Hoeun]spread leaflets in order to inspire people to oppose Angkar, got in touch with Vietnam in order to spy on Khmer military forces for Vietnam, encouraged people to escape to Vietnam, and gathered more people for supporting Vietnam. [Yim Hoeun]was arrested by Angkar o n 4 Febraury, 1977 while escaping to Vietnam.
