Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1967, Em Sim, [allegedly]a spy and militiaman for Sub-district Chief of Region 4, inspired people to spy and not to trust the Khmer Rouge and guard the river to prevent the Khmer Rouge from drinkin g water from the river. In 1968, [Sim]joined the CIA and encouraged people to join the enemy and form into troop opposing the revolution. In 1975, [Sim]seized people's property in an attempt to make t hem mistrust the revolutuion. [Sim]transported food supplies and medecine for the guerrillas to seize Region 4. On 4 August, 1977, [Em Sim]was arrested by Angkar.
