In 1970, Khem You [allegedly]joined the revolution and entered a CIA group in 1972, and attempted to corrupt the revolution in Kampong Cham. In 1973, [You]moved to the Ministry of Information and Cult ure and destroyed the facilities of the ministry. In 1975, [You]caused Chinese delegations to quarrel with the Cambodian Communist Party. In 1977, [You]killed many important representatives and destro yed cameras and film. Finally, [Khem You]was arrested by Angkar.
