Summary / Abstract :
In 1964, Tha joined the Free Khmer, and educated people to serve for the Free Khmer and built up their strength. During 1965-70, [Tha]led troops to attack the Free Zone, arresting those people who hel ped the revolution and burning people's houses. In 1970, [Tha]went to spy on the revolution in the position of Commune Chief, reporting troops to round up people and seize their rice. In 1971, [Tha][a llegedly]joined the CIA, inspired cadres to oppose the revolution, encouraged people to flee to join enemies, and sent messages to the enemies to drop bombs and to burn the revolution's rice. In 1975, [Tha]moved people to Thailand, placed them in disease-ridden areas in order that they would think the revolution was bad, and hid foodstuff and devices for traitors to fight the revolution. On Novemb er 23, 1977, [Tha]was arrested by Angkar.
