Summary / Abstract :

Ken Chheng [allegedly]joined the revolution in 1973 as a combatant in Division 170, Region 24. In 1976, Ken Chheng joined the CIA, built up traitorous forces in order to inspire combatants to conflict with the party, destroyed property in the units, damaged people's crops so that people felt dissatisfied with the party and was arrested later by Angkar.
