Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1970, Som Yong [allegedly]joined the Vietnamese soldiers. In 1972 he joined the revolution as a militiaman. In 1974, as educated by Chea Bav, he deserted the army and returned home. He then caused trouble in communes by claiming that the revolution was unjust. Later, as he was led to conduct betrayal, he joined in the attack against combatans in Region 25. He was then detained in a reeducation camp by Angkar on 13 April, 1975.
