Summary / Abstract :
|
Between 1954-60, Heng Hy [allegedly]lived in Japan, Germany and England. He was taught karate and spy tactics by CIA agents. In 1960, after the praticum in Thailand, he came back to Phnom Penh in orde r to take part in the Sihanouk coup plan. Hy propagadized in private schools and spied on the Khmer Rouge. During 1970-74, he formed a CIA group, led by In Tam, Sak Sok Sakorn and Long Boreth
