Summary / Abstract :

Khem Huot [allegedly]joined the revolution as a Chief of Land Surveys in Prey Veng and was among Chakrey's partisans. In 1976, [Huot]joined the CIA, and then started to build up additional CIA forces, destroyed communication radios of Angkar, burned factories and weapons warehouses, and gathered forces to attack the Khmer Rouge. On 18 May, 1977, [Khem Huot]was arrested by Angkar.
