Summary / Abstract :

In 1968, Comrade Khut Heng [allegedly]joined the revolution through Comrade Doeun. [Heng]was told to distribute leaflets against Sihanouk and his lackeys and to work as a messenger bringing reports to Phnom Penh. In 1970, he built up CIA forces and propagandized among people to hate Sihanouk and to support Lon Nol. He also incited soldiers to wasetfully fire for no reason. In 1974, he encouraged s oldiers to undermine the party's plan by slowing fighting operations to allow the enemy to enter our occupied areas, burning military shelters to send signals to the enemy's war planes to bomb our mil itary zones, killing our soldiers and delaying the carrying of injured combatants, resulting in the deaths of many soldiers before help could be reached.
