Summary / Abstract :
In 1967, Oa Makara [allegedly]joined the CIA as a messenger for the Minstry of Interior until 1975. After the 1975 liberation day, [Makara]went to Region 25 to continue relation with the CIA network, undermined the revolution by inspiring people to hate the revolution, encouraging people not to grow crops and to destroy the revolution's property. In 1977, [Makara]transported rice for In Tam's squa d in Thmor Pouk, encouraged people to bring cattle and foodstuff to Siam in order to organize troops for a coup d'état with support from In Tam and Siams. On 23 July, 1977, [Makara]was arrested by Ang kar.
