Summary / Abstract :

Te Sour, former Memot police officer, Deputy Chief of Government Textile Company, [allegedly]betrayed Khmer Rouge from 1970. Sou destroyed warehouses and other property. [Sou]burned things that the Kh mer Rouge had taken from Phnom Penh and did not distribute them to the inhabitants. [Sou]meant to make people lose faith in the Khmer Rouge. On 12 July, 1977, [Te Sour]was arrested.
