Summary / Abstract :

Dieng Phikar [allegedly]was a member of the Workers' Party, which was formed by a Khmer Krom, Koeun Sary or Prao. [Phikar]was a messenger for Kroeung, who lived in Vietnam. After 1975, [Phikar]contact ed Chakrei, who was in the Eastern Zone. Pika spoiled the solidarity between the officers in each ministry and among people and the revolution. [Phikar]gave poisonous injections to the officers and so ldiers who had been wounded and sabotaged machinery, boats and other essential equipment.
