Summary / Abstract :
|
Chhuon Oeun [allegedly]was in the revolution as a spy to observe Khmer Rouge networks in 1968. In 1970, [Oeun]was a member of the Mechanics Department under the Ministry of Logistics, Division 174. In military lines, [Oeun]undermined Khmer Rouge plans, destroyed weapons, and built up CIA lines. On 17 September, 1977 at 4p.m, [Chhuon Oeun]together with partisans burned down 3 weapons warehouses, an d at 7pm on the same day, he was arrested by Angkar.
