Summary / Abstract :
Tuy Pheng joined the revolution and then betrayed the revolution to join the Free Khmer. In 1963, [Pheng]infiltrated the revolution to build up forces against the revolution. In 1970, [Pheng]inspired people to oppose the revolution on the issue of rice shortage, hid weapons in reserve for conducting betrayal when the frontline soldiers were withdrawn to deal with this situation, in order to let th e enemies enter the frontline. After the liberation day in 1975, [Pheng]arranged a plan with Tom, Chhouk, and Chakrey to organize soliders in reserve for counter-attaking the revolution, and starved p eople until arrested by Angkar.
