Summary / Abstract :

Ke Kim Huot, [allegedly]joined the revolution with Seong Ngoc Thanh in 1953. [Kim Huot]made contact with Ho Nim and Ho Yon. [Kim Huot]joined the CIA in 1970 in Northwest. [Kim Huot]acted against the r evolution. [Kim Huot]wrongly did what the revolution had required, such as stocking food supplies not providing to people until the food spoiled, preparing a plan for a coup during a national ceremony , to kill important leaders of the party. [Kim Huot]wrote papers attacking the party in various embassies, such as the Egyptian embassy. Angkar arrested [Kim Huot]on 17 July, 1977.
