Summary / Abstract :
|
Saom Poeu, [allegedly]a member of the Free Khmer from 1960, infiltrated the revolution in 1968, in an attempt to form traitorous troop among the revolutionaries in Chakri Sub-District, Region 20. He t ook many combatants to Vietnamese command, to be reeducated. Between 1970-73, he contacted the Vietnamese and ordered bad people to escape to Vietnam and establish the Free Khmer base in Vietnam.
