In 1967, Leang Tong, was a worker in a lathe workshop in Phnom Penh. In 1973, [Tong]joined a Vietnamese party against the Cambodian revolution. [Tong]inspired factory workers to join the Vietnamese Pa rty and made contact with traitors' networks and received plans ooposing the revolution in 1976. In 1976, [Tong]acted in Takeo province until arrested by Angkar.
