Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1974, Hun Toeung [allegedly]joined the revolution as a combatant messenger, and later became a Deputy Group Chief in Battalion 422. In 1977, [Toeung]joined the CIA. [Toeung]then betrayed the revolu tion by destroying Angkar's property, inspiring people to oppose the party, building up CIA forces in order to take control of Angkar's soldiers, and inciting people to get into conflict with Division 703, until arrested by Angkar.
