Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1954, Mey joined the Free Khmer, then contacted students to build up traitorous forces against the Free Khmer, and propagandized against monarchy in Kampong Thom. In 1967, [Mey]infiltrated the revo lution in Phnom Penh. [Mey]was later given a letter of introduction by a commune priest to meet Koy Thnon in Kampong Cham. At meeting Koy Thnon, [Mey]was sent to Mondul Kiri in order to build up and e ducate Free Khmer forces there. In 1970, [Mey]was still building up traitorous forces, making people to think badly of the collective regime, causing people in the collectives into conflict, and allow ing Vietnamese soldiers to attack and penetrate into our border, in order to ask them to support traitorous actions. On 24 March, 1977, [Mey]was arrested by Angkar.
