Summary / Abstract :

In 1970, Tit Chhun joined the revolution and took the position of Militia Chief. Later [Chhun]became Economics Chief of Siem Reap Province, built up troops against the revolution and destroyed agricul tural produce and equipments. In 1975, [Chhun]became District Secretrary. [Chhun]contacted the Thai along the border, In Tam's troops and Hang's networks (the leader of the Workers' Party). [Chhun]hid food supplies and weapons for a coup. The group planned to escape to Thailand when the coup failed. Eventually, [Chhun]was arrested by Angkar.
