Um Norn made a confession about activities conducted by Yoeun, [allegedly]Secretary of Division 200 in Region 22. [Yoeun]opposed Pol Pot since 1973. At that time, [Yoeun]inspired people to disbelieve the Khmer Rouge leadership and to back and subsidize Vietnam. [Yoeun]also reported to enemies to shell Khmer Rouge base, destroyed military equipment and other useful articles, and allowed combatants to have free movement and become overjoyed with drinking in order to spoil the party's line.
