Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1967, Comrade Proeung Voin became a secret agent who observed the Khmer Rouge. In 1973, [Voin]was involed in the military youth in Region 5. [Voin]planned, with others, to kill their superiors. [Vo in]shot youths from behind, spread propaganda among youth to incite them to run back home. In 1973, [Voin]became a CIA agent, gathering traitorous forces within the military to kill our comrades in th e battle-field. In 1975, [Voin]destroyed materials in warehouses in Sisophon, encouraged people to flee to Thailand, deprived people of rice rations, destroyed people's rice crops in order to starve t he people and then people would never trust the party. Additionally, [Proeung Voin]killed those who were loyal to the party, until arrested on 1 September, 1977.
