Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1970, Kong Kien [allegedly]infiltrated the revolution as a messenger bringing information to troops. In 1971, he went to live in Unit 104, and conducted varous traitorous actions. In the battle fie ld, he led soldiers to retreat and gave up fighting in order to lower the spirit of the soldiers. He deprived people of their property so that they quarrelled with the revolution. During 1975-1977, he went to work in Kampong Som Hospital. He then destroyed medical equipment and medicines, did not solve the livlihood problems of people and soldiers and arranged a plot to secretly kill the Secretary of Division 164. On 5 April, 1977, he was arrested by Angkar.
