Summary / Abstract :

In 1970, Suon Hoeung [allegedly]joined the Vietnamese revolution as a militiaman in Sandan Sub-District, Leuk Dek District, Region 25. [Hoeung ] was later a soldier in Platoon 137 of Company 121, and joined the CIA as well. [Heoung]then opened fire at Vietnamese planes carrying soldiers, making the planes drop many bombs because of misunderstanding, prepared forces to attack the revolution's soldi ers entering the battle field, and cut off relation with Vietnam. In 1975, [Hoeung]opposed the revolution by secretly shooting cadres, burning people's houses, and secretly shooting guests wating to s ee the situation inthe city. On 16 March, 1977, [Hoeung]was arrested by Angkar.
