Summary / Abstract :
In 1969, Seng Sokhom [allegedly]was a spy who led students to hold demonstrations against the Khmer Rouge and incited people to hate the Khmer Rouge. In 1972, [Sokhom]joined the CIA and infiltrated th e revolution, destroyed medicines, rice and bullets in military units with Comrades Houng and Suy as leaders. In 1975, [Sokhom]inspired combatants to destroy achievements, provoked conflicts inside un its, and inspired combatants to go back home. In 1976, [Sok Khom]was sent to live in Ratanak Kiri Province, and contacted Vietnamese to arrange plans to attack Angkar. On May 7, 1977, [Seng Sokhom]was arrested by Angkar.
