Summary / Abstract :

Chheng Koy joined the revolution in 1971 in Zone 5. [Koy]conducted political actions with enemy troops and evacuated people to the enemy zone in order to give a chance for the enemy to do revolution. [Koy]had relationship with spies and sent information to them. In 1975, [Koy]administered in the Commercial Sector of Zone 5 and he was responsible for hiding supply in object to attack Zone 5. This p lan was backed by Thai military but [Koy]was arrested by Angkar on June 26, 1977.
