Summary / Abstract :
In 1956, Lim Chhorm was a spy, [Chhorm]was assigned to spy on Khmer Rouge activities and to build up spy forces. In 1960, [Chhorm]joined the Free Khmer, and inspired people to oppose the Khmer Rouge. In 1961, [Chhorm]joined the CIA in order to spy on activities in communes, and keep track of people who reported to the Khmer Rouge. In 1970, [Chhorm]went to build up CIA forces in Region 1, to secret ly kill troops, to surround the revolution's base, and to kill anyone who knew CIA secrets. In 1975, [Chhorm]was sent by Angkar to live in Region 4, [he]then sent [his]own messenger to make contact wi th Thailand, hid foodstuffs in reserve for attacking the revolution, and encouraged people to escape to Thailand.
