Summary / Abstract :

Hy Sotheary [allegedly]started to serve the CIA in 1977. [Sotheary]propagandized and wrote articles against the Khmer Rouge and the Vietnamese. [Sotheary]accused the Khmer Rouge of selling Cambodian t erritory to the Vietnamese. [Sotheary]incited students to stage demonstrations. In 1973, [Sotheary]infiltrated the revolution through Khiev Sereivuth. During 1973-75, [Sotheary]reported the revolution s location to Phnom Penh soldiers, so they could bomb the places. In 1977, [Sotheary]joined the Vietnam Workers' Party and planned to seize Ratanak Kiri.
