Summary / Abstract :

Srey Chheang alias Seng [allegedly]worked in communal courts in 1966. [Srey Chheang]was also a spy whose assignment was to spy on Khmer Rouge activities. In 1975, [Chheang]encouraged people to hold a coup d'état in order to get themselves out of the Pol Pot regime. In December 1976, [Srey Chheang]was arrested by Angkar.
