Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1967, Ham Kan, [allegedly]a spy, spied on the Khmer Rouge. [Kan]inspired people to be against the revolution, built up CIA forces, and burnt people's rice produce. After 1975, [Kan]destroyed aircra ft by taking out spare parts and draining, poured out petrol. [Kan]poisoned cattle and buffaloes in collectives so that they could not plow and also burnt down a rice mill and 2000 sacks of rice.
