In 1973, Chin Pann joined the revolution as a combatant in the Special Unit of Division 801 in Siem Reap. [Pann]was a cruel person, and treated people and combatants so badly that [Pann]was admitted i nto the CIA in 1976. While working for the CIA against Pol Pot's clique, [Pann]maltreated sick combatants and forced them to work without allowing them to eat sufficiently. [Pann]did not hand out mili tary uniforms Angkar provided to combatants, and took the uniforms to be burned. [Chin Pann]was arrested by Angkar in 1977.
