Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1969, Ou Sieng [allegedly]was a spy investigating Khmer Rouge activities in a rubber plantation. In 1967, Sieng lived in Ratanak Kiri and spied on the revolution line. Sieng cooperated with a trait orous group, built up their force among the military and inspired combatants to burn a gunpowder warehouse and people's houses. In 1975, Sieng cooperated with Vietnam in attacking Mondul Kiri, provoke d problems between people and revolutionary forces in order to create an opportunity for Vietnamese to enter Cambodia. In November, 1977, Sieng was arrested.
