Summary / Abstract :
|
Khieu Chen, Director of Prey Chhor Hospital, located in Region 42, Oudong, [allegedly]joined Pol Pot's revolution in 1964 in the position of messenger. In 1966, Chen allegedly entered CIA group and sp ied on Khmer Rouge activities for the Phnom Penh military. [Chen]encouraged villagers to sell their produce to the Phnom Penh military and helped the Phnom Penh military find and shell bomb military b ases. On 18 February, 1977, [Khieu Chen]was arrested and imprisoned.
