Summary / Abstract :

In 1973, Cheng Sreng [allegedly]joined the CIA by the leadership of Manil in order to build up forces and investigated the Khmer Rouge among students and teachers. In 1974, [Cheng Sreng]dropped leafle ts to persuade people not to join the Khmer Rouge and intimidated students not to demonstrate. In 1975, [Cheng Sreng]worked for the railway; and destroyed train materials and other railway objects. [C heng Sreng]also formed a plot to kill high-ranking leaders and arranged food to be poisoned for important party leaders.
